The Naked Mole-Rat Letters is one of the books I have read. It is about a twelve-year-old named Frankie. When her mom died years ago, she thought no on could replace her. But on the night of Tuesday, October 16th, she finds out that her dad has been dating a zookeeper from Washington D.C. named Ayanna Bayo, or as Frankie likes to call her, "Ratlady" because she cares for naked mole-rats. Frankie starts to send e-mails to "Ratlady" in hopes of ruining the relationship. And soon enough life gets crazy. But, then it even gets crazier. Her five-year-old brother Skip starts spying on people. Her nin-year-old brother Nutter is obsessed with koala bears. And her dad thinks that she's becoming a bad kid. Then her life goes into turmoil. Rumors are going around about her and this kid, Johnny Nye. And then Nutter runs off. Frankie almost burns the house down too. How does this story end? The Naked Mole-Rat Letters by Mary Amato is the book I read. The book is about a girl named Frankie. She lives with her 2 brothers and her dad. Her mom died. Frankie finds out that her dad met a lady named Ayanna Bayo on a business trip. She e-mails Ayanna and tries to get rid of her. She lies to her dad. She hangs out with the wrong crowd. Read this book to find out what happens. I felt sad and happy when I was reading the book. I disagree with Frankie lying to get rid of Ayanna. It was interesting. I would recommend this book to others.
